Description
The Hungarian-born wordwide known photographer started his career in Paris, in the 1930’s. On his limited edition-numbered artwork he shows us the nurse of the pharmacy in the city of Beaune (France). She is wearing a typical nursing dress, long skirt, apron and headgear. The lady figure is standing in the pharmacy's entrance.
In the foreground, we are seeing the pots which need to make the medicines. The nurse has profile view, her face is covered up of the cabinet line, her hands are holding a cup containing medicine. On the wall there is a masterpiece recalling the Dutch painting period.
