Packing & International Art Shipping

For decades, Koller Gallery has arranged professional shipping for artworks to private collectors and international clients. Each shipment is prepared individually, shipped door to door, and fully insured throughout transit.

Shipping of Paintings and Sculptures

For each artwork we produce custom-made wooden crates. Packing follows international standards for fine art logistics. Shipping is arranged as a door-to-door service.

Shipping of Prints, Etchings and Lithographs

Works on paper are shipped in secure document tubes or flat reinforced packaging, depending on size and condition.

Insurance

All artworks are fully insured for the entire transport period – from collection to delivery.

Delivery Times

Europe: typically 7–14 days
Rest of the world: typically 14–21 days (in individual cases up to 30 days)

Customs, Export Licences and Taxes

Export formalities and any required licences on the Hungarian side are arranged by us. Any import duties, taxes or fees in the destination country are borne by the buyer.

Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
