Our art auction audience received our 1st Art Auction with great interest, so it ended with good results! Among the many sold-out works, we would single out the paintings of Mihály Munkácsy's Portrait of an Noble Young Girl and The Study for Recruting, which cost HUF 7,000,000 and the latter HUF 3,600,000. There was a big battle between the buyers for István Mácsai's beautiful oil painting: Still Life, which, starting from a starting price of HUF 120,000, finally found the owner for the highest price of the artist's oeuvre, HUF 1,500,000 (+18% buyers premium) - they never paid more for an auction in Mácsai. The work of Eszter Mattioni also sold at a respectable price, the work was shot for HUF 550,000. You can also count on a record price János Kass: St. Francis, the graphics made with mixed media (screen printing, felt-tip pen) were bought for 340,000 HUF, which is also a record price. Among the sold-out items in the auction, we would also highlight the magnificent works of Victor Vasarely and Arnold Gross, which have found their lucky owners and are all sold.
